Abandoned vehicles in Tehran, particularly in areas on the edge of the traffic control zone, such as this one on Fatemi Street, not only occupy parking space but also mar the urban landscape. Tehran’s traffic police have announced a plan to manage abandoned vehicles, which are being collected from the streets and transferred to parking facilities.
